Our History

Northern Star Services began with Alvin and Verna Archer. After life long careers in both transportation services and the US Department of Treasury, both Alvin and Verna wanted to do something more. Through humble beginnings, Alvin and Verna approached their entrepreneurial partnership in the same way they approached their life, their church, and their marriage: with dedication, loyalty and faith. With Alvin the consummate businessman and Verna with a head for numbers and logistics, they knew in their hearts this company was destined for greatness.
